Job Title: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)


•    Educational Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business discipline, Economics, English, Mathematics, Statistics, or IT from a Public or renowned Private University.

•    Academic Requirements:


o    Minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 at Graduation and Post-Graduation levels.
o    Minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels.

•    Salary: Monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 30,000 during the probation period.

•  Career Path: Upon successful completion of a 12-month probation, incumbents will be confirmed as Senior Executive Officer (SEO) in the regular pay scale.


Job Title: Executive Officer (EO)


•    Educational Qualifications:

 

Minimum Graduation from any Public or renowned Private University.

•    Academic Requirements:


o    Minimum CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 at the Graduation level.
o    Minimum CGPA of 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels.

•    Salary: Monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 20,000 during the probation period.
•   Career Path: Confirmed as Executive Officer (EO) in the regular pay scale following the 12-month probation.

General Requirements & Benefits: 


•    Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as of April 01, 2026.

•   Skills: Strong written and oral communication in English and Bangla; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

•    Probation Period: 12 months for both roles.

•    Additional Benefits: Post-confirmation benefits include contributory provident fund, gratuity fund, group and health insurance, festival bonuses, and incentive bonuses.
