• Minimum four (04) years of HR experience, with at least two (02) years in the

 

Employee Relations function:


• Must have experience in handling disciplinary issues:
• Should have a decent understanding of prevailing labor law statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Strong command over Microsoft Office Package
• Proficient in both Bangla and English communication
• Be self-propelled, customer-centric, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
