Bangladesh Institute of Governance and Management (BIGM) is a post-graduate institution affiliated to the University of Dhaka. The Institute was established in 2006.  It was formerly known as Civil Service College. It has been established with the objective of creating a centre of excellence for studies and research on public policy and management.

They along with  Skill for Employment Investment Program(SEIP) are inviting applications from service holders for the admission on a course on “Policy Analysis”

Course Name:  Policy Analysis

Feature of the Course: 

Total 30(Thirty) Seats

30% seats are reserved for non goverment officials

Reserved seats for female candidates

Top scorer 5-7% Trainees will have chance to receive higher trainig from Lew Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore. 

This is a course with allowance

Course duration is 10(Ten) Weeks

First 06(Six) week class will be held from Saturday to Tuesday( 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) 

Next 04(Four) weeks will be policy paper preparation and evaluation

Everyday trainee will get Tk.600/- for travel allowance. Lunch will be provided by the host institute. 

Admission qualification: 

At least Masters and minimum 2nd class

10 years experience of non govt. service

Age: 30-52 years

Course duration: 10 weeks

Class starts:  July 30, 2023

Deadline of application submission: July 15, 2023
