Position: Manager / Deputy Manager (Production)
Key Responsibilities:
> Oversee the day to day production affairs and achieve targeted production with good quality.
> Responsible for making daily production schedule as per sales demand and achieve the same.
> Manage production budget and reduce usage ratio of utility.
> Should have knowledge on PLC & DCS Control of Paper Machines.
> Implement best practices & methods for Paper/Tissue production.
> Ensure Health & Safety of the employee’s working at Production areas
> Trouble shoot of processes & related equipment’s to minimize the production downtime etc.
Education:
> Minimum Graduation. Preferable disciplines are Chemical/Chemistry/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed public university/ Foreign Institution. The Candidate having B.Sc in Pulp & Paper Technology shall get preference.
Experience:
> Minimum 07 - 10 years' Experience in the same position is required.
