Qualification:  

Four years’ bachelor or three years’ bachelor with masters in the following subjects:

Finance, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Sociology, Political Science, Law, Bengali, English, Public Administration, Geography and Environement, Bio Chemistry, Microbiology, Appliedc Physics, Appliedc Chemistry, Psychology, Zoology, Botanty, Civil, Electrical and Electronics, Architecture and Mechanical Engineering,

Minimum second class or equivalent in SSC, HSC, Bachelor, and Masters.

No third class or equivalent is allowed in any level of examination(s).

30 years on March 25, 2020

Salary and Benefits:

First Year of Training period total allowance is Tk. 13,000/-. Second Year of Training period total allowance is Tk. 15,000/-. After successful completion of the probation period employee will get salary according to the Grameen Bank Salary Structure 2015 22,000-23,100 ---50,530,53,060 with other admissible benefits from the organization.
