Karnaphuli Insurance Company Limited, a well reputed insurance company, is currently seeking highly motivated and performance-driven individuals for the following positions:
Job Title: Head of HR and Branch Control Department
Posting: Head Office (Motijheel C/A, Dhaka)
Work Experience & Responsibilities:
• Conducting human resource operations and activities in strict compliance with human resource policy.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate the human resource management activities of the firm to maximize strategic use of human resources and employee engagement.
• Ensuring legal compliance and working closely with the higher Management on organizational issues related to Human Resources.
• Monitoring the daily business activities of all the branches and informing the CEO
Key Requirements:
• MBA (Major in HR)/Masters from Dhaka University/ North South University/ IUB/EWU/BRAC University.
• Priority will be given to the experienced HR professionals. Experience of Insurance or Banking Industry will be preferred.
• Age- 30-50
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills (Both written and oral).
Salary & Facilities:
• Salary & other benefits are subject to negotiation.
Job Title: Head of Underwriting
Posting: Head Office (Motijheel C/A, Dhaka)
Work Experience & Responsibilities:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in under writing department in any Non-life Insurance Company.
• Must have good knowledge on Fire, Marine, Motor & Miscellaneous Insurance rates and policies.
Key Requirements:
• Masters/ MBA from reputed University
• Diploma in Insurance will be preferred
