Job title: Management Trainee Officer

Job Responsibilities:
Work with the management to plan and direct the work of the organization
· Participating In meetings. workshops, and other learning opportunities
· Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations

· Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position
· Have a mindset of working for the greater welfare of the organization and its stake holders
Job Requirements:
Graduation & Post-Graduation from any Government and UGC approved University.
1. Minimum CGPA 3.00 in both Graduation & Post-Graduation and Minimum GPA 4.00 in both SSC & HSC Examination
2. Age below or equal to 30 years
4. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
6. Willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh
