The Bank is looking for a few young, creative and self-motivated candidates for the positions TRAINEE ASSISTANT OFFICER GRADE-II and TRAINEE ASSISTANT OFFICER (CASH).
Job Title: TRAINEE ASSISTANT OFFICER GRADE-II
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Academic Qualification:
The candidates should be minimum Post Graduate from any recognized educational institution having 4.00 in the scale of 5.00 in SSC and HSC and CGPA minimum 2.80 in the scale of 4.00 in Graduation and Post Graduation. However, CGPA must be 3.0 or above either in Graduation or post Graduation.
Probation Period and Compensation:
The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 (two) years with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 28,000/ for the first year and Tk. 32,000, for the Second year. After successful completion of probationary period, her services in the Bank will be confirmed and she will be absorbed as "Assistant Officer" with gross salary of Tk. 37,000, per month.
Job Title: TRAINEE ASSISTANT OFFICER (CASH)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

The candidates should be minimum Graduate from any recognized educational institution having 4.00 in the scale of 5.00 and CGPA below 2.80 in the scale of 4.00 in academic career.
Age:
Not over 30 years as on July 31, 2023 and maximum 32 years for the children of Heroic Freedom Fighters.
Probation Period and Compensation:
The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 (two) years with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 26,000/ for the first year and Tk. 30,000, for the Second year. After successful completion of probationary period, her services in the Bank will be confirmed and she will be absorbed as "Assistant Officer (Cash)" with gross salary of Tk. 36,000, per month.
The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk. 300/- to the effect that she shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of her probationary period with certain conditions.
