Job Title: Manager (Distribution)
Responsibilities:
• Should have adequate knowledge to manage distribution operation including cash collection from chemists and maintain proper accounts thereof
• Should have knowledge and experience to conduct training to the team members as needed
• To monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
• To oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries and effective collection together
• To follow and enforce company policies and procedures
• To address customer queries and ensure the customer satisfaction
• To prepare distribution budget and manage expenses within the prescribed limit
• To ensure that the transport vehicles are maintained well
• To prepare the delivery schedule to meet the chemists demand
Requirements:
• 15 years of working experience in the relevant field
• Graduation in any discipline from a reputed institution
• Advance knowledge in MS office & distribution related software
• Good analytical & interpersonal skill
• Good communication skill in English both written & spoken
